On 25th December, DSIC signed the Strategic Cooperation Agreement with China Shipbuilding Capital Holding Co., Ltd, CSIC Factoring Corporation Ltd., China CITIC Bank and CSCC. According to the agreement, five parties will carry out extensive and in-depth cooperation in supply chain finance, business factoring and etc by giving play to respective advantages on the basis of mutual benefits; cooperate in investment and financing by means of cloud credit service, cloud certificate service, supply chain finance service, finance lease, industrial fund, asset securization and etc; optimize the comprehensive financial service capability for each party’s platform, provide the comprehensive corporate asset and capital management service for each party and enterprises related to the platform; make good use of the big data resource accumulated through each party’s platform, carry out actively data mining and quantitative analysis of risk and stipulate standards for risk identification, metering and control. In the signing ceremony, all parties expressed that that they hope that they will give play to their advantages in respective fields through this cooperation, innovate continuously the mode of cooperation and promote jointly the fusion of industry and finance, and achieve strong alliance and win-win cooperation.
